Our Cardio Kickboxing is truly unique. We incorporate the "Science of 8 Limbs" or Muay Thai into our curriculum, which means not only will you burning alot of calories but you'll also be learning technical striking at your own pace. Fitness and cardio conditioning remain the focus of the class but every instructor is an experienced competitor who will walk around and give tidbits of technical striking advice while pushing you to keep moving.

This is a great opportunity for families, because parents can get fit while the children are training, two birds with one stone. Not only does it have the potential to get the family active and fit, but it can also bridge a generational gap, bringing families together by giving you a common ground. A healthy activity that you can discuss and appreciate as a family unit, Martial Arts!
